560 Case Report: A Very Rare Case of Incidentaloma of a Large Adrenal Cavernous Haemangioma

Abstract Introduction Incidentaloma are asymptomatic and unanticipated adrenal tumours found on radiological imaging for unrelated diagnostic inquiries. Adrenal cavernous haemangioma is a rare, differentiated benign tumour arising from the endothelial layer of blood vessels. This rare phenomenon with only 66 cases reported in literature between 1955 2018. Case Details case 79-year-old Caucasian gentleman who presented March 2020 vague abdominal discomfort anaemia background multiple co-morbidities including particular, an left 5.6cm incidentaloma 2014. A computed tomography scan abdomen-pelvis June revealed progression size to 20.8cm. Biochemical tests confirmed non-functioning tumour. The patient underwent open adrenalectomy, nephrectomy, splenectomy distal pancreatectomy. diagnosis was subsequently made histopathological examination. Post-operatively, our good physiological recovery. Discussion There no established treatment guidelines haemangioma. Larger often treated surgically exclude malignancies prevent potential complications as well symptom relief. Literature reviews showed that most were managed, diagnoses through histology post-operatively. Conclusions typically present incidentalomas which require further investigations. They very can be difficult other malignancies.
